johodigital is a ten-person studio in Dubai. We keep this simple, because our data practices are simple: this is a static marketing website with no accounts, no tracking, and no analytics. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by johodigital, a software and AI studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy — including any request about your data — contact us at abhilash.veettil@formserve.io. We are the controller of the personal information described below.

2. What this policy covers

It covers this website (joho.digital and its pages, including the AI Transformation Program page) and the contact form on it. It does not cover our separate products, such as formserve.io, which have their own terms and privacy notices, nor third-party websites we link to.

3. Information we collect

We do not collect anything automatically for advertising or profiling. The site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and does not build a profile of you. The information we receive is limited to:

• Contact form details. When you send a message, we receive the name, email address, and message text you enter. A hidden anti-spam field is also included so we can discard automated submissions.
• Direct email. If you email abhilash.veettil@formserve.io, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• Standard server logs. Like any website, the server hosting this site and the services it relies on may record technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request. This is used to operate and secure the site, not to identify you.

4. How we use it

We use the contact details you send only to read your enquiry, reply to you, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to people who reach out to us.

5. Who processes it for us

We keep our list of providers short and only use them to run the site and handle your message:

• Form delivery — formserve.io. Contact form submissions are sent to formserve.io (our own form product), which delivers them to us.
• Email. Our email provider delivers and stores the messages you send to us and our replies.
• Hosting. Our hosting provider serves the website and keeps standard access logs as described above.
• Web fonts — Google Fonts. The pages load fonts from Google's font servers, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages and emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, then delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us, and you can object to us using it. To do any of these, email abhilash.veettil@formserve.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. Because we hold very little — essentially the messages you have sent us — these requests are usually quick to handle.

9. International transfers

We are based in the UAE, and some of the providers above (such as Google Fonts and our email and hosting providers) operate servers in other countries. Where your information is handled outside the UAE, it is handled by these providers under their own safeguards and privacy terms.

10. Children

This is a business website intended for an adult, professional audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or providers change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. The version shown here is the current one.
